While they acknowledged that falling out of rafts was part of the adventure, they skillfully ensured everyone’s safety and swiftly assisted those who found themselves in the water.

Beyond the exceptional river guides, I was impressed by their professionalism in delicate situations. In a moment of need, Mey, one of the most experienced guides, displayed compassion, discretion, and professionalism when I approached him to request a stop for feminine products. Mey’s understanding and assistance were invaluable, making me appreciate Desafío’s commitment to helping guests in various situations.
