Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of people that we need to hold an event?
A: We have helped organize really cool activities for small groups under 10 people up to big events for more than 200 people! Ask for a FREE QUOTE and our Special Events Team will be in touch.
Q: How long do we need for a Corporate Team Building activity?
A: We do Corporate events of varied time-lengths. There are excellent half-day activities like canyoning, Stand Up Paddling, as well as interesting volunteering projects at local schools and more. You can also join us for Multi-Day trips where we organize your lodging, transport and orchestrate your time during your stay to take advantage of company meetings, brainstorming, presentations, fun adventures and mix in some relax time, too!
Q: Are there meeting and conference facilities available?
A: We have several options that have comfortable and modern on site meeting rooms. We are confident we can find a space that is suitable to your requirement.
Q: Where are the eating facilities and what do you serve? Are there vegetarian, gluten free and other dietary restriction food available?
A: Our tours have special facilities and we can cater to your needs. Food in Costa Rica is very natural and are slogan is "No Artificial Ingredients" so it's easy for us to create menu options that suit all types of eaters.
Q: What if it rains?
A: Costa Rica is immersed in deep, lush rainforest and for most of our activities, you're going to get wet anyway! Desafío activities are an excellent wet-weather activities! Tours remain open in just about all weather situations. Rain adds to the fun!
Q: What are your Reservation and Cancellation Policies?
A: We pride ourselves in having the most-flexible cancellation policy in the industry -- our Zero-Penalty Rebooking Fee is ideal for booking your group and we can easily reschedule individual activities at no additional cost. To reserve a Corporate Day Event, we require a one-week advanced payment. For a multiple-day meeting/conference and activities, we require a 50% deposit to secure all of your activities and you can amend numbers or cancel the hotel booking up to 30-days prior to your arrival date and modify activities 48 hours prior to the activity date.
Q: What do we have to bring and wear? Is there a place to put our stuff? Can I bring a camera?
A: Each activity has different recommendations, but for adventure tours, it's best to wear clothes to get wet in, secure shoes and bring an extra change of clothes. Usually your personal items will stay on the van with your driver. You can bring cameras and can purchase dry bags and dry cases at our EGO Store, but we also provide professional photographers on our rafting and canyoning trips who are good at catching you in the thrill of the moment!
