Chayote Lodge offers its guests the rustic luxury of its Recibidor Suites. The Recibidor Suites are modelled after the traditional coffee receiving stations used in all of the coffee-producing regions of the country, making them architecturally unique to Costa Rica. These suites include: one king bed; one sofa bed; a private, furnished balcony with a panoramic view of the coffee fields; a safe; complementary coffee service in the morning; internet; a telephone; a private bathroom with hot water; and a minibar.
As a dining option, the hotel offers an on-site restaurant, Quelites Restaurant, which is located at the highest point on the property with amazing views of the central valley and mountains of Zarcero. Quelites Restaurant offers a contemporary a la carte menu with 100% natural, locally sourced ingredients. Its architecture and design is inspired by local coffee traditions, creating an environment unique to the country and the region. Quelites Restaurant also offers its diners a lounge area with a fireplace, a bar, and an open terrace.
High Season (December 16th through May 31st)
Cancellations made 31 days before arriving at the lodge will not incur a cancellation fee.
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made 30-15 days before arriving at the lodge.
A 100% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made 14-0 days before arriving at the lodge.
A 100% cancellation fee will be applied in the case of a no-show.
Low Season (June 1st through December 15th)
Cancellations made 16 days before arriving at the lodge will not incur a cancellation fee.
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made 15-7 days before arriving at the lodge.
A 100% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made 6-0 days before arriving at the lodge.
A 100% cancellation fee will be applied in the case of a no-show.
