If you could only hear the sizzle...

Years ago my father told me the classic customer service story about "selling the sizzle, not the steak..." It's more important to focus on the experience around a product being sold rather than simply on the object itself.
I thought about that phrase when sitting out on the wooden patio next to the La Fortuna Central Park of My Coffee Lounge restaurant. One of my fellow diners ordered the chicken fajitas and when the platter was served, it was still sizzling!
The food here is very good and there's a big variety to choose from: typical casados, rice and chicken, salads, sandwiches, paninis, fresh fruit smoothies, and of course classic coffee options from cafe latte to iced capuccinos.
Dining at My Coffee is also about the experience! It's a great location right in front of the park for people watching and just enjoying the easy-going vibe of downtown La Fortuna. It's all about the sizzle at My Coffee!
