LOOKING FOR GROUP TOUR LEADERS
Our Group Tour Leaders are responsible for groups of students for the full time that the students and their teacher(s) are in Costa Rica. He or she would work with our staff to prepare before the program, manage the operations and logistics during the program, and also to wrap up after the program. The most important thing at all times is the students' safety.
He or she is a dedicated and conscientious individual who loves sharing their enthusiasm and life experiences with teenagers.
In order to succeed as the Group Tour Leader, he or she will need previous experience working with high school age students in group situations, as well as a demonstrated willingness to take responsibility and solve problems in the field. We prefer that he or she has experience leading volunteer projects in a rural community. He or she will also need excellent English and Spanish skills, flexibility, good organization, and a sense of humor. We are counting on his or her passion to create the best experience possible for the students.
